This cocktail is super simple to create and utterly satisfying to boot! How fun to add a simple twist to a classic you love! Greyhounds are my go-to summer cocktail and the addition of pluots makes them even more tasty...I hope you enjoy! Cheers!Pluot GreyhoundsFor each cocktail...Ingredients:1/4 cup freshly-squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice2 ounces gin (or vodka if you prefer)Juice from 1/2 pluot (reserve a few slices for garnish)Handful of iceDirections:Place all ingredients in a tumbler of your choice.
