Pomegranate Rose Margaritas
Pomegranate Rose Margaritas are a festive and delicious addition to any holiday spread. Tart pomegranate pairs beautifully with the touch of sweetness from the rose simple syrup. Rim the glass with a cascade of rose salt and you'll find yourself sipping on this libation all winter long.

Rose Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh organic rose petals or 2 Tbsp organic dried rose petals
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup filtered water
Directions:
Place roses, sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Allow to simmer until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain. Store the syrup in a ball jar in the fridge…use within one week.
I love using this syrup atop French Toast-it's absolutely delicious!
Cheers!
