Rose Geranium + Pink Strawberry Sangria
I can't even describe how much I'm in love with rose geranium right now. I've been experimenting with it quite a bit and it makes the most incredible simple syrup. Drizzle it on ice cream, use it in cocktails, jams, frosting...it's so delicious. It's super tasty in this Rose Geranium and Pink Strawberry Sangria which is so easy to whip up and is absolutely the most refreshing summer drink.Oh and have you been lucky enough to discover these incredible pink strawberries (I believe they're called "rose strawberries")? I used to buy them at the Santa Monica and Hollywood Farmers' Markets when we lived in Hollywood and I was so happy to find them at my local grocery store recently. If you can get your hands on some, they are delightful in this recipe. If not, of course red strawberries will work perfectly.
