Violet Bakery's Loganberry Vanilla Cake
My little one had a birthday recently and requested a pink cake...with loganberries peaking right now, what better time to make Violet Bakery's Loganberry Vanilla Cake? It's absolutely delicious AND stunning!

If you don't have loganberries, I'm sure this cake will be just as delicious with raspberries.
For Violet Bakery's Loganberry and Vanilla Cake recipe, I used my homemade rose salt instead of regular salt (find the recipe in Floral Libations!) and also added 1 tsp of crushed dried chamomile to the cake batter. Lastly, I only had two cake pans so only made two layers instead of three.
